Commercial cage-free eggs taste better than commercial eggs.


A recent study at the University of Kentucky looked at taste acceptability of cage free (commercial free range) eggs, , Local eggs and Conventional Commercially produced eggs. The results were an interesting mix where taste preference weight on the side of commercial free range eggs. However, willingness to pay a premium for these cage free and local products may be a different story. Read more on the study here.
